Cancellation policy

Guest may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the production/event start time & will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their Booking Price.
Guest may cancel their Booking between 7 days & 24 hours before the production/event start time & receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their Booking Price.
Bookings cancellation submitted less than 24 hours before the Production/Event start time are not refundable. See Cancellation policy

Production/Event Insurance

It is required for the booking guest to purchase an insurance policy for a Production/Event. Hosts may also request to collect a security deposit. In all cases, the booking guest is responsible for leaving the property in the condition that it was given to them. In the event of damage or claims, the booking guest agree to pay the cost of repairs or any damage. View our terms of service.
