How It Works

Everything You Need to Know

💳 Payment

Your initial month’s membership fee is processed upon signing up to confirm your reserved position. Subsequent charges occur one month from your move-in date and continue monthly.

🔄 Bumped

If your residence becomes unavailable, we’ll inform you with at least 3 days notice so you can choose another home. Should we request you to relocate, we’ll cover the cleaning charges.

🏠 Moving

Select from available listings in our local network with a three-day notice. We only request a $150 fee to clean your present home in preparation for the incoming member.

🚪 Leaving

Simply notify us with a three-day notice. If your stay has been less than 30 nights or we couldn’t provide suitable options, we’ll return a prorated portion of your membership fee.

Max 2 persons registered per location. Co-signer allowed for credit requirements.

All candidates must be currently employed within the US and able to present evidence of income. A preliminary credit review and background assessment are required — this will not impact your credit rating.
