No personal information is shared on your listing or provided to any producer without your consent.
Your listing will show your first name, photos of your space, videos, features of the property,
and a map of your neighborhood but not your exact address.
All this data is optional and you are in full control of your information.
This is ultimately up to you to determine what is the least amount you are willing to get paid to
host x amount of people at your space. Bookings made by you are completely optional. However, we do
encourage you to stay flexible on whether the production's budget works for you. Taking it on a case by case
basis, could lead to more bookings, but again you are in total control. You can adjust your price seasonally
or based on market conditions.
Listing your space is free and you keep 100% of your agreed rental rates. We get paid directly
by the production team, or the guest. You don't have to worry about commissions or fees to list.
We collect a processing service fee at booking, so we only make money when you do.

Anyone booking your property needs to be fully-insured and will provide you with a copy of insurance
coverage, listing your property on their policy. You can also charge a security deposit to be used
to cover minor damage or overtime. The security deposit is returned to them, after the shoot or event
is over, and you verify there was no damage or overtime charges.
Producers, filmmakers, scouts, managers, and various agents rely on an array of photos of your property to make a determination about whether it is suitable for their production or event. Much of the production’s location selection process takes place online, and if simply they like what they see. If they do, they will make an inquiry.
However, a good majority will not book a property if it is not a Verified listing. We offer an array of Membership packages to help the property owner showcase their property to help promote and increase their chances of a booking.

How do I book a property for my production or event?
You can browse our available properties and submit a booking request through our website. Your request will be acknowledged and confirmed for availability.
Can I schedule a visit to a property before booking?
Yes, you can schedule a visit to a property before booking to ensure that it meets your needs, but it must be approved first by the host.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the start of the rental period to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the start of the rental period, a refund will not be given.
Are your properties equipped with the necessary amenities for a production or event?
Our properties are equipped with basic amenities, but renters may need to bring in additional equipment and supplies for their production or event. We can provide additional information about the specific amenities of each property upon request.
Do you offer insurance for the properties?
We require all renters to provide proof of insurance for their production or event. If the renter does not have insurance, we can provide a insurance policy for additional fee.
Are pets allowed in your properties?
Pets are generally not allowed in our properties, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Can I sublet the property to a third party?
Subletting the property to a third party is not allowed without prior written approval from the property owner.
