Terms & Conditions -Submitting Listings

Catalani LLC, with outstanding professionalism, seeks and represents various locations for location shooting of motion pictures, tv shows, commercials, photography, and location use for special events.

If you are interested in listing and hosting your property for the entertainment industry location rental, for special events events, we encourage you to submit photographs of your property for consideration.

By submitting a listing you are acknowledging that you are the location’s property owner, property manager, or have power of attorney to act legally on behalf of the owner. If we agree to represent your property, we will contact you and provide a separate representation agreement. If we agree to represent your property, we may have one of our location scouts take additional photographs. Simply, submitting a listing on our platform is not a representation agreement. Until we agree to represent your property, you are acting on your own behalf and must follow all terms and conditions.

By submitting your online application, you represent that:

  1. You are the owner of the property or that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the owner.
  2. You are the owner or copyright holder of all photographs submitted with your application.
  3. All photographs submitted with your application remain the property of the photographer or other copyright holder, and you grant Catalani LLC and/or its affiliates the right to use the images without compensation.
  4. You understand that submission of the online submission and photographs, does not create a representative relationship, unless Catalani LLC expressly accepts your application after verifying your listing submittal and a representation agreement is signed.
  5. By submitting photographs of your property, you grant permission to Catalani LLC and its affiliates, to utilize the photographs for the purposes of considering whether to represent your property, and to present the photographs via our site or in general to Producers, event planners, location scouts, to ascertain whether the property would be of interest to them.
  6. Upon acceptance of your application and entry into a representation agreement, Catalani LLC and its affiliates may use, display, copy, post, publish, exhibit and/or distribute for marketing and promotional purposes, the photographs in any form, including but not limited to, electronic, print, digital, and/or electronic publishing via the Internet.
  7. Any photographs submitted with the online application will not be returned to you.

Cancellation Policy

Each listing is covered by one of three cancellation policies — Flexible, Standard, or Strict — selected by the host. The policy that applies to this booking is shown on the listing page, and your refund eligibility is determined by that policy and the timing of your cancellation.

Please review the full Cancellation Policy for the terms of each tier before confirming. To cancel a booking, contact us through your account or our support channel.

Insurance & Permits

If your booking requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and you need short-term production or event coverage, renters commonly use providers such as Athos Insurance, Thimble, or MFE Insurance. These are suggestions, not endorsements — any licensed provider is accepted.

It is your responsibility to determine whether permits are required for your activity. Check with the city, county, or local jurisdiction of the listing location regarding film production, photo shoot, event, or parking permits that may apply to your booking.

What Happens Next?

If this listing requires host approval, your request will be sent to the host for review and your card will only be charged once the booking is accepted. If the listing offers instant booking, your booking is confirmed immediately and your card is charged the total amount shown.

By confirming this booking, you agree to the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, and the host’s listed rules and requirements, including any insurance or permit conditions.
