Refund and Return Policy

1. Platform Service Fees:

  • Refunds: Platform service fees charged for bookings (hourly, daily, monthly) are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific circumstances agreed upon by both the guest and host.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations by guests may be subject to cancellation policies set by hosts. Hosts may choose to refund or retain a portion of the service fee based on their cancellation policy.

2. Host Upgrade Packages:

  • One-time Fee Packages: One-time fees for host upgrade packages are non-refundable once the upgrade is activated.
  • Monthly Recurring Packages: Monthly fees for host upgrade packages are non-refundable after they have been charged for the upcoming month.

3. Online Certification Courses:

  • Refunds: Refunds for online certification courses are available within 30 days of purchase if the course has not been started or accessed. Once the course has been accessed or started, refunds will not be issued.
  • Course Access: Access to online courses will be provided upon successful purchase and registration. Course materials remain accessible for the duration specified in the course details.

4. General Terms:

  • Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 days after approval.
  • Policy Updates: This refund and return policy is subject to change without notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund as a result of the license violation, abusing the support service or any other reason that prevents us from completing our obligations.

Cancellation Policy

Each listing is covered by one of three cancellation policies — Flexible, Standard, or Strict — selected by the host. The policy that applies to this booking is shown on the listing page, and your refund eligibility is determined by that policy and the timing of your cancellation.

Insurance & Permits

If your booking requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and you need short-term production or event coverage, renters commonly use providers such as Athos Insurance, Thimble, or MFE Insurance. These are suggestions, not endorsements — any licensed provider is accepted.

It is your responsibility to determine whether permits are required for your activity. Check with the city, county, or local jurisdiction of the listing location regarding film production, photo shoot, event, or parking permits that may apply to your booking.

What Happens Next?

If this listing requires host approval, your request will be sent to the host for review and your card will only be charged once the booking is accepted. If the listing offers instant booking, your booking is confirmed immediately and your card is charged the total amount shown.
