Historical Mansion with outdoor pool. Great for small events or photoshoots or filming. FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FROM 5:00-10:00p.m. Monday- Saturday. (Please note: April, May, September and October weekday rentals are only available from 6:00p.m. – 10:00p.m.) From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day rentals are not available. All guests must
arrive and depart during rental hours. Maximum number of participants is 150.
Rental Fees:
Basic Rental Fee: $2,000
(Includes use of warming kitchen)
Non-Profit Basic Rental Fee: $1,000
(Includes use of warming kitchen)
Security Deposit: $400*
Performance Bond: $1,000*
Pool Closure: $1,750
(pending department director’s approval)
Life Safety Personnel (Lifeguards): $220
(swimming events only)
*Refundable upon supervisor’s discretion based on
assessment of facility condition after the event.
• After 10:00pm the renter & catering staff is permitted to remain in the facility until 11:00p.m. to
clean, remove and place in dumpsters all garbage, and return furniture to its original location.
Motion Picture, Video and Photography Permit Fees:
Non-Commercial Still Photography Permit Fees: $105
This includes personal portfolio, wedding pictures, sweet
sixteen and quince shoots.
Commercial Still Photography Permit Fees: $575 each
day. This includes fashion, magazine & editorial shoots.
Commercial Motion Picture/Video Permit Fees: $1,400
for each day. This includes motion picture movies,
commercials, music videos and documentaries.

I’ve lived in South Florida for 50 years and this is a hidden gem! It is such a beautiful place! The spring water is crystal clear and refreshing. The grotto is awesome as are the waterfalls! The lifeguards are all very friendly and helpful. I plan to go again for more photo shoots!!!??
A real life Oasis right in Miami!! Fed by an underground spring water aquifer, this pool is over 800,000 gallons! Drained and refilled every other day, with only 1 gallon of chlorine added, so almost like swimming in a clean, sterile lake, and oh, so refreshing! 2 waterfalls, grotto like caves make this a unique pool unlike any other. Tropical, lush landscaping, plenty of shaded areas with umbrellas, picnic tables and trees make a great spot for a picnic, or shoot. Numerous areas with sand, wading pool, and benches. Locker room with showers, and lockable storage. On site snack bar as well. Numerous life guard on duty. Just a relaxing atmosphere and just gorgeous for photos.
