The fact we are based out of Miami, Florida aka the “Capital of Latin America”, we cater to a growing Latin American clientele. Our clients are producers and various professional agencies from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, and many others Latin American Countries. As such, they have relied on our ability to provide them great locations and services for films, novelas, shows, modeling shoots, advertising shoots, etc. They also rely on our knowledge of the local areas, for safety, privacy, permits, hospitality, vendors, local talent, and various other details. Due to this, we expect all our hosts to conduct themselves to a professional and higher standard, and only hosts with positive rating reviews will be accepted to showcase and feature their properties.
Although our platform is open for anyone to submit a listing of their property or space, doing so does not give them a Verified ? Listing status, nor does it guarantee it will be displayed to our clients and other various professional agencies in Latin America and other European countries. To begin with, we have a list of requests with distinct attributes/features that clients may be specifically looking for, and our Location Scouts & Managers limit the search to those . Second, we provide our clients with listings with Featured status and market those directly to them. This allows narrowing down the search, focusing on featured listings that fit their criteria. Lastly, we highly recommend professional photos of your property, videos, and even better a professional 3D tour of your property, to make it truly production ready!
Although we do offer listings in other US states, our focus remains in Florida, the “Gateway to Latin America & the Caribbean” along with Latin American countries reciprocally. We welcome you to join our team and we ask that you follow host guidelines, maintain good relationships and reviews, and become a member through our various membership packages. We’ve partnered with a travel agency affiliate to give the best discount rates to not only our overseas clients, but also to our Certified Location Scouts, Location/Event Managers, and hosts with Premium Membership.
If you are interested in working with us directly as a Location Scout or Location/Event Manager for filming, Special Events, or corporate meetings, we offer Certification courses to get you started. We give certified Location Scouts and Location/Event Managers priority to showcase their listings and work with our Latin American clients. If you would like one of our professional Scouts or Location/Event Managers to represent or host your property, we also offer that with a representation agreement.
Remember, you are not limited to just listing your home or business spaces. Whether it’s your airplane, boat, unique watercraft, or even a 1950s classic car, let the community and our professional clients decide where their creativity, celebrations, and or corporate meetings will take them!
Safety & Security
Do’s
Ask questions before accepting a viewing or booking. Due diligence and make sure you their project or production is a right fit for your location.
When you receive an inquiry, ask the producer or person about their production, how they want to use your space, or any other relevant questions or concerns. Ask them:
- How many hours will you be filming or how long is the event?
- How many people will be attending? How many are in the cast and crew, etc.?
- Where will you be filming or having the event? Which rooms will be used and how?
Ask anything that you need to know to feel comfortable enough to ‘accept’ a production or event. Remember you can always deny their request to book. Remember to please provide a list of your house rules and any areas you would like to be off limits.
Be professional, timely, and answer the production’s questions. Let them know if you have any pets at your property for their safety. Share with them any concerns you may have.

Don’ts
Don’t share any personal information, during messages for your own safety and security! They should provide us with an ID via attachment before a showing or booking the property. The name given should match the showing request or booking agreement.
Do not share any personal information over the platform. Do not give your address, last name, phone number, email, name of your place of work, family, close landmark, etc. This is for your safety! Your information will only be shared once a showing request or booking has been processed to ensure safety. Your safety and theirs is the highest priority.
Messages on platform
Messages with personal information are moderated and censored until producers submit showing request and documents. Shared contact information on your listing or in your messages is against terms and conditions and will be automatically removed or censored. You can also face a ban on using the platform.
Messages are only uncensored once a showing request is accepted by the location owner. Once a producer or person who wants to book your space submits a showing request and you accept it, all contact information will be released. At this point, no further messages will be censored and you can then arrange details for showing your property and production at your convenience.
