- Cancellation: Cancellations by guests may be subject to cancellation policies set by hosts. Hosts may choose to refund or retain a portion of the service fee based on their cancellation policy.
2. Host Upgrade Packages:
- One-time Fee Packages: One-time fees for host upgrade packages are non-refundable once the upgrade is activated.
- Monthly Recurring Packages: Monthly fees for host upgrade packages are non-refundable after they have been charged for the upcoming month.
3. Online Certification Courses:
- Refunds: Refunds for online certification courses are available within 30 days of purchase if the course has not been started or accessed. Once the course has been accessed or started, refunds will not be issued.
- Course Access: Access to online courses will be provided upon successful purchase and registration. Course materials remain accessible for the duration specified in the course details.
4. General Terms:
