Each Home is furnished and ready. no more endless paperwork with each move. you can Transfer homes within the local network with just 3 day notice.

Become a Standby Local Member

Verification process. Get approved.

Pick a home. Transfer any time.

Payment – Upon signing up, your initial month’s membership fee is processed to confirm your reserved position in the Standby program. Subsequent membership charges will occur one month from your move-in date and will continue monthly for as long as you reside within Standby.

Bumped – If the residence you’re staying in becomes unavailable, we’ll inform you so you can choose another home. You’ll receive at least three days notice to make your selection. Should we request you to relocate, we’ll bear the cleaning charges.

Moving – Should you wish to change residences, you have the option to select from our available listings from our local network with a three-day notice. We only request a $150 fee to clean your present home in preparation for the incoming member.

Leaving – Should you choose to discontinue with Standby Local, simply notify us with a three-day notice. If your stay has been for less than 30 nights or if we couldn’t provide suitable options for you, we’ll return a prorated portion of your membership fee for the nights you haven’t utilized.

Annual Income

$51,500 (Max 2 Persons registered per location)

Credit Score

640+ (co-signer allowed)

All candidates should be currently employed within the US and able to present evidence of their income. We mandate a preliminary credit review and a background assessment for approval, but rest assured, this review won’t impact your credit rating.
