Our cancellation policy exists to safeguard everyone on this platform marketplace during unexpected events.

We understand that sometimes productions need to cancel, our goal is to ensure it is safe and fair for everyone.

We offer three types of cancellation options: Standard, Flexible, & Strict, which are determined by the location/host and prominently displayed on each listing.  Please see our Cancellation Policy.

• It is required for the booking guest to purchase an insurance policy for a Production/Event.  Hosts may also request to collect a security deposit. In all cases, the booking guest is responsible for leaving the property in the condition that it was given to them. In the event of damage or claims, the booking guest agree to pay the cost of repairs or any damage.  View our terms of service.

• We require that insured productions maintain a policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 in commercial general liability. We reserve the right to request a higher amount in special circumstances. Check with your local authority for permit requirements!
• If you need insurance coverage you can purchase via our third-party provider.
