Our cancellation policy exists to safeguard everyone on this platform marketplace during unexpected events.

We understand that sometimes productions need to cancel, our goal is to ensure it is safe and fair for everyone.

We offer three types of cancellation options: Standard, Flexible, & Strict, which are determined by the location/host and prominently displayed on each listing.  Please see our Cancellation Policy.

• Do I need insurance to book?
  Yes for film and TV productions, commercial shoots and events, and strongly recommended for photo shoots. You'll need general liability insurance of at least $1 million and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your insurer. The renter arranges and pays for the insurance. The COI itself comes free with your policy.
• Who goes on the COI?
  The property owner and Catalani LLC as additional insured, plus the city or county when your shoot needs a permit. List the property address and booking dates in the "Description of Operations" box. Your exact details, including the owner's legal name, appear on your booking once it's paid.
• Where do I get insurance?
  Use your own insurer or a short-term provider such as Athos Insurance, Thimble, MFE Insurance or Film Emporium (suggestions only, not endorsements). Upload your COI from My Bookings before your booking date.

• Share your referral link to give a $50 discount to friends & followers.  When they book their first space, you'll earn a $50 credit.
