What counts as an offer?

An offer is your response to a posted request. When a production posts that they need a location or service, you send them an offer with your details, availability, and pricing. Each offer sent counts toward your monthly limit of 2.

What counts as a message?

A message is any follow-up communication sent after your initial offer — answering questions, negotiating, or closing the deal. You have 3 messages per month on the free Starter plan.

Who posts the requests?

Requests are posted by Film & TV productions, modeling agencies, advertising agencies, event planners, and other professionals actively searching for locations and services across Miami, Florida and Latin America.

Do I need a listing to use Request Leads?

No — Request Leads is a separate plan from the Host listing plans. You can use it as a service provider to respond to client requests even without a featured listing.

What happens when I run out of offers or messages?

Once you use your 2 offers and 3 messages for the month, you’ll need to wait for the next monthly reset or upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited access.

Insurance & Permits

If your booking requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and you need short-term production or event coverage, renters commonly use providers such as Athos Insurance, Thimble, or MFE Insurance. These are suggestions, not endorsements — any licensed provider is accepted.

It is your responsibility to determine whether permits are required for your activity. Check with the city, county, or local jurisdiction of the listing location regarding film production, photo shoot, event, or parking permits that may apply to your booking.

What Happens Next?

If this listing requires host approval, your request will be sent to the host for review and your card will only be charged once the booking is accepted. If the listing offers instant booking, your booking is confirmed immediately and your card is charged the total amount shown.
