What Happens Next?

The host has 48 hours to respond. If they accept, your card is charged automatically and your booking is confirmed. If they decline or don’t respond, the hold is released and you pay nothing. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email you the insurance details and a link to upload your certificate.
